In the heart of the Betuwe, between the Waal and the Rhine, lies Rensen Fruit and Contracting Company. Here, on about 20 hectares of fertile river clay, we carefully and skillfully cultivate our apples, pears, and cherries. The Betuwe is famously known as the fruit region of the Netherlands – and at Rensen, we live up to that reputation every day. The 5th generation is now at the helm.
Our fruit cultivation is fully managed in-house. This means everything we supply comes directly from our own trees. This guarantees consistent quality, optimal freshness, and short lines between grower and customer. We supply without intermediaries: directly to market stalls, shops, and small distributors in the Netherlands and far beyond. Especially in Germany and France, customers appreciate our products.

Our cherries are grown under plastic tunnels and protected with spotted wing drosophila nets—a method that ensures high-quality, damage-free fruit. We also have our own cooling facilities for pome fruit, so our apples and pears can be stored optimally for preservation and transport.
Because we grow, store, and deliver everything ourselves, we can offer our customers fresher products at a fair price. Most customers collect the fruit themselves, but delivery can be arranged if desired. This keeps the chain short and the contact personal.
